Prepaid orders over ₹999 rupees are shipped to you for FREE on all Medcart goods. Orders that total less than or equal to ₹998 have a ₹59 shipping price for all of India. Please see Medcart's shipping and returns policy for additional details.

It will take 3–4 days for your order to arrive from the time of shipment. Please be aware that if you ordered multiple goods, they can come in different shipments. The indicated delivery timeframes are only estimates, and there may occasionally be unforeseen delays that are out of our control. In the event of any delays, we will keep you updated. Note in the case of COVID-19, like Pandamic: You might encounter modest delivery delays due to the high demand for our products in India and changes in shipping partners' procedures to protect their employees and consumers. If that's the case, we'll let you know right away.

We will make every effort to deliver your products to you by the scheduled delivery dates. Please contact us at healthcaremedcart@gmail.com if the shipment has not arrived at your address by the scheduled delivery date. We will address your concern as quickly as possible.

You will receive an email after your order has been shipped out with information on the tracking number and the courier service handling your order. 24 hours after your order is shipped from our Mumbai warehouse, you can check the status of your package.

Within five days after delivery, you may send us an email at healthcaremedcart@gmail.com to request a return and refund if the goods are returnable. Only items that are new, unopened, undamaged, with all tags and labels attached, and in their original packaging are eligible for returns. In this instance, shipping and handling fees will cost you ₹300. Please be aware that in order to start the return process, you will need to send us a video of the products being unboxed, clearly showing the seal or tape from Medcart.

A pick-up is scheduled for the item after receiving the email request for return. Within 5-7 business days of receiving your return request, one of our courier partners will travel to the delivery site to pick up the item. The item is then delivered back to our warehouse, where our quality control team inspects it. A refund is initiated after the goods pass quality control.

Have you impulsively made a purchase but want to first obtain a video consultation? Not to worry! Customers of Medcart have the option to change or cancel orders WITHIN 24 HOURS of order confirmation (excluding weekends) and IF THE ORDER HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED. From the order status page (found after checkout and in your email) and a separate order editing page, you can cancel your order. On each of these pages, you will see a notification informing you that an order can no longer be changed or automatically canceled once it has been declared fulfilled or has had any fulfillment added to it. In this situation, you can start a return of the order after delivery.

After the product has been delivered to our warehouse and the quality check is complete, we will refund the payment. Please be aware that after the return has been picked up, the full process takes 2 weeks.

Yes. Within five days after delivery, you can return any items that are eligible for return. For additional information, please review our return policy.
